Penny & Myra Eckstein Memorial Swimming Pool

Cassville’s beautiful swimming pool, with capacity for 250 swimmers, opens June through August annually with amenities that include a covered spiral slide, mushroom shower, three geysers, and a kiddie slide near the zero ft. entry level. The former pool site has been completely redesigned and landscaped, featuring a new pool house and well lit parking lot that can accommodate 25 vehicles. At a cost estimate of more than $2.3 million, construction was made possible through the Village of Cassville Charitable Support Trust established by former residents Ray & Kay Eckstein and is named for parents Penny & Myra Eckstein, recognizing “Penny’s” 50 years of service as president of and member of the Village Board.

2025 Swimming Pool Hours

Open Swim:

Starting May 31st
7 days per week: 12:30pm-4:30pm & 6:00pm-8:00pm

Water Aerobics:

Start date TBD
Mon-Thurs: 5:00pm-6:00pm

Lap Swim:

Starting June 2nd
Mon-Thurs: 5:00pm-6:00pm

Private Parties: $150/hr

Please Note:

Visitors must be 9 years of age or older to be at the swimming pool alone
Visitors under 9 years of age are required to be with a parent, guardian, or responsible person at least 15 years of age

Storm Safety and Weather Closings

In the event of a storm, we are required to wait a minimum of 30 minutes after the last thunder and/or lightning before we can allow anyone back into the swimming pool. No exceptions!
There may be times when the weather does not allow for us to open the swimming pool. In these cases, we will post it on our Facebook page as soon as the decision is made.

Learn to Swim Class

$35 per course

Payment is due at the time of registration. Payments and registration can be dropped off at Cassville Elementary School, Attn: S Roe, or mailed to Cassville Municipal Building, PO Box 171, Cassville, WI 53806.
